Looking to rent Highland Hall for a wedding, anniversary, graduation, reunion, or birthday?

Rent the hall at Senior Friends! It is non-smoking and air conditioned!

Policies for use of the Senior Friends building:

1. All beverages (alcoholic, soda, etc.) are to be handled by Senior Friends committee, NO "carry-ins" of any kind.

2. Table arrangements and decorations to be handled by the "user".

3. The use of scotch tape, thumb tacks, etc. not allowed on the walls, ceiling or any part of the building.

4. Any use of the kitchen in any way, or partial use, is subject to approval of committee.  Extra charges may be applicable.

5. Bingo equipment mounted above stage area may never be covered with any decorations.

6. Decorating or set-up time must be specifically scheduled and adhered to as closely as possible.

7. No smoking in the building at any time.

8. Caterer must complete arrangements in advance with the rental committee.

9. Events are scheduled to end no later than 12:00 midnight.

10. $100.00 deposit due on the date of signing contract which is non-refundable. Final payment due the date of event.

11. A $200.00 security deposit shall be paid on the date of the Booking and to be returned no later than thirty (30) days after the event.

12. Due to limited space in our cooler, we are unable to extend its use under normal conditions. Special arrangements to be discussed at time of contract signing.

13. Since the helpers are all volunteers, and they are here many hours to accommodate the "user", we ask that they be invited to partake of the meal after all the guests have been served.

14. We have reviewed the above regulations and policies and consider all acceptable and agree to abide by them.

15. Senior Friends Members will receive a 25% discount after having been a paid member for a period of not les then 365 days
